Search Engines Solution: Creating a Search Engine for a Website

Hi,

I want Google search engine facility on my site. I want to search      throgh my site as well as from Google. How to do it?
Can I get full search engine of Google so that user can search everything he/she wants to. I mean that search like you might have seen on http://www.AOL.in and same in Yahoo (but it doesn't use Google search engine). Please tell me what to do.

Also I have some doubts. Here are they. Please do help me.
Questions are:
1. Should I publish my site on Google only so that it gives search thorugh my site. Or it can be possible from any hosting company.
Someone has suggested about Net4u.com hosting company. Is this good? How to judge it?
2. Can hosting company mess with my site.
3. I want my site to get registered. Where to go?
4. Can anyone mess with my site from anywhere? Means can change my site contents? How can i protect it?
5. I would need to upload some areas of my site every day. How much time will it take to upload and how will i do it?
6. I want to use some contents from many website which doesn't comes to use and not popular, can i use it free for my site. And, also i want to use some pictures and links from Google search engine. Can i do it. Either after paying to company.
7. In one area i've kept news links where i've provided the news of the day. I've to update it everyday. But for this i've to get news from other sites with picture. Is this thing legal that i m using other news sites links and pictures to publish on my site. Can't i get these things free on my site.

Please do answer me. I m in big confusion. While I've to publish my site in few days.
