ASP Solution: Web cam feed

Hello,   

I am trying to develop a web site, for a client, and its needs a webcam feed.   How do I do this?? Is it coding I require? or something else???

This is a teaching web site where a student can login in, and view a live webcam from different teachers.   

Can any one please help me, I need to implement this ASAP!!
